RELEASE: By my signature below I agree to be bound by the ground rules and agreements of this stable, and agree to hold the Stredwick Stables, John and Sandra Stredwick, their family and friends and fellow boarders harmless for any action taken; Agree that I am fully aware that horses and stables involve inherent dangerous risk of injury or death to horse or rider, and by being at Stredwick Stables I expressly hold harmless any and all directors and agents from and against all claims including for any injury or loss suffered during or in connection with the stables, whether or not such claim, injury or loss resulted, directly or indirectly, from the negligent acts or omissions of said stables, owners, family, friends, or boarders of the stable.
